About Melton IT Services

Melton IT was established in 2001 by David Dresner to provide digital skills training for the workplace. In this time we have delivered instructor led IT training courses and developed self-paced modules for technical and soft skills training, in both public, private, health and higher education sectors.

Specialising in training Microsoft 365 and bespoke SaaS (Software as a Service) apps in a remote classroom environment, Melton IT delivers a personal service, from training needs analysis, course customisation, course delivery and course evaluation.

We recognise that in the new hybrid work environment, we must change the way we design our self-paced training modules for our clients and how we deliver our instructor led training.

We bring the training room to you remotely by Microsoft Teams, WebEx or Zoom, saving your organisation thousands of pounds on scheduled courses and providing relevant training for your staff without the costs and hassle of travel.

Client Feedback

It was not all just listening and watching the screen. the variation of listening/tasks and questions made it fun

Really good tools to use and at a good pace to take it all in.

Very informative and had a great learning experience.

Really enjoyed the sessions each week and learnt so much (including about the functions of Teams).

An excellent course delivered by a very friendly and approachable Tutor. It was good to move into different break out rooms during the sessions too. Thank you for the opportunity.

David was very clear with his explanations and easy to follow.

The pace was just right and the topics covered were at the right level.
