It can summarise meetings and email threads, draft documents and decks, analyse data in plain English, search across your files, and, with Cowork and agents, take on whole tasks on your behalf, all inside your organisation’s secure Microsoft 365 environment.

Who should attend this Copilot training?

Anyone who uses Microsoft 365 day to day. We typically deliver Sessions 1–2 to a wider audience to build confidence and AI literacy, and Sessions 3–8 to power users, team leads and Copilot champions who want to go deeper and support their colleagues.

How are the sessions delivered?

All sessions are delivered live and remotely over Microsoft Teams, so your team can join from anywhere and ask questions live or through the chat, learning inside the very environment they use every day.

Do we need Copilot licences before we train?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the programme. The full eight-session programme is built around live, in-tenant practice with Microsoft 365 Copilot (a Premium licence). For teams on the free, built-in Copilot Chat (a Basic licence), we run a dedicated Copilot Chat programme that needs no paid licence at all.
